Digby Mackworth served with the 7th Royal Fusiliers in the Peninsular War from 1809 to 1810 and from 1811 to 1814 as ADC to Rowland Hill. This previously unpublished Peninsular War memoir covers the crossing of the Douro, Talavera and Bussaco. The journal also covers the Waterloo Campaign, published twice before but never edited like this before. Fully illustrated and with over 100 pages of notes and references.
